Section 18: Finished Prosealing Tanks (50 / 222 wings / 559 total)

It has been a long while since my last update. The tanks are now "almost" complete. I have left the tank baffles off for now. I may consider installing capacitive senders, once they are made available from Van's, which i am told they are working on.

I way overdid the taping. Yes, proseal is messy, but who cares if the lines are not perfect or there is a drip here or there. It will have no affect on the final product.

These are the AD6 rivets bought from Van's to fill the tooling holes. I had to cut the length down a bit with a hacksaw.

The above are random prosealing tasks.

The above show the fuel return and vent lines.

Bucking these AD4 rivets was a pain due to the tight quarters in the nose area.

I found these at Harbor Freight for $.99 / box of 100! Holy hell was this cheap. These nitrile gloves are the best. Must haves! They hold up to MEK and proseal much better than with plain latex.
