    Section 22: Flaps (62 / 346 wings / 683 total)

Flaps are now complete. Here are my comments in retrospect.

I used proseal this time to complete the TE. On the left flaps, the results were excellent. Proseal seemed to give that slight bit of safety margin for getting excellent results.

However, on the right flaps, i think the problem was I had let the proseal set TOO long. The proseal set up somewhat harder than on the left, thus, less proseal oozed out when back riveting, causing a slight gap along the TE. Hmmmm. Anyway, i am sure i could eventually get these TE's perfect, with a bit more practice. smirk

I added a shim to fix this mistake up.
