    Section 13: Wing Spars (24 / 27 wings / 351 total)

The first step involves assembling the wing spar extensions. The plans describe an "extra" hole in the W-1006E flange. The plans don't explicitly mention whether to ignore the holes or not - ie, do not ream or countersink. I had to ask Van's for confirmation that the "extra" hole should just be left alone.

I also ended up asking the matronics list about running conduit and lights regarding the Duckworks lights. It sounds like I should order a 25' length of the conduit, which does not come with the kit.

The defining task of this section was drilling all the holes and countersinking.
