    Section 6: Vertical Stabilizer Service Bulleting 06-2-3 (2 / 319 tail and total )

It took a couple of hours to complete the Service Bulletin for the VS. I ended up using a slightly different method. I only removed the skin rivets, on a single side, along the spar and along the top rib, which gave me enough access to drill and use the squeezer to set the rivets. It was a pain to have to do this all again, but I am pleased with the results.

Also, when I first riveted the VS, I placed the shop head of the rivets on the spar inside of the VS. Next time, I KNOW to place rivets so that the machine head is more easily accessible in case I have to drill out rivets like this again.
