    Section 8: Start Horizontal Stabilizer (15 / 131 tail and total )

    I finally started riveting the skin to the front spar assembly. 12 rivets down and, what, a few hundred to go.

    Above shows the progress of the HS, ready for riveting.

    One thing unusual, is some rivets get discolored black. The 2nd rivet shown here shows black over its manufactured head after riveting. i have to ask around about this.
